Wersja oryginala (Eurogamer.net): It's been four and a half years since Lyon's Eden Games unfurled its manifesto for "massively open online racing" with the sprawling, quixotic Test Drive Unlimited – and like every year in the young industry of videogames, they've been long ones.

Wersja Davida Garfielda (Examiner.com): It really has been four and a half years since Lyon's Eden Games launched its manifesto for massively open online racing using the sprawling, quixotic Test Drive Unlimited - and as with any year of waiting in the market of videogames, they have been long ones.

Wersja oryginala (Eurogamer.net): Each has delivered parts of Test Drive Unlimited's bold promise: a thriving, connected community of petrolheads; an epic physical struggle between man, machine and road; a free-roaming kingdom of speed. They've done it with more polish and panache, better graphics, more nuanced and rewarding handling, more consistency and, most importantly perhaps, more players.

Wersja Davida Garfielda (Examiner.com): They all have shipped areas of Test Drive Unlimited's bold assurance: a thriving, attached community of petrolheads; a legendary physical battle between man, machine and road; a free-roaming empire of speed. They have done it with increased polish and panache, much better graphics, more nuanced and satisfying handling, more uniformity and, most of all perhaps, more players.

Wersja oryginala (Eurogamer.net): There's tons more real estate, with clubber getaway Ibiza appending its Mediterranean hinterlands to the rugged Pacific rock of Oahu (the latter's unlocked a little way into the game). There are deepened community features around the car clubs (now better than some MMOs' guild options) and user-created challenges. There are more ways to play multiplayer, including co-op challenges, co-driving and a Hot Pursuit-style chase mode.

Wersja Davida Garfielda (Examiner.com): There is plenty more road to deal with, with clubber getaway Ibiza appending its Mediterranean hinterlands towards the rugged Pacific rock of Oahu (the latter's revealed some distance to the game). You will find deepened online community features throughout the car clubs (now much better than some MMOs' guild options) and user-created opportunities. There are other methods to play multiplayer, such as co-op obstacles, co-driving and a Hot Pursuit-style chase options.

Wersja oryginala (Eurogamer.net): GT5 or F1 2010 can easily boast graphical superiority. But watching the sun blush the underside of an overcast sky and reflect in scattered puddles, after driving country roads all night through a crackling thunderstorm, is a thrilling kind of poetry those snapshots can't muster. It's heightened further by the knowledge that every other player online is living the same moment.

Wersja Davida Garfielda (Examiner.com): GT5 or F1 2010 can certainly provide graphical fineness. But observing the sun's rays blush the underside of a cloudy sky and mirror in dispersed puddles, after traveling country roads forever via a crackling thunderstorm, is really a fascinating type of poetry those pictures truly provide. It is only enhanced even more from the experience that all other players online are experiencing exactly the same instant.
